On this server (Windows 2003) if I run old version of Mozilla Thunderbird all works fine and if I try openssl from command the connection to mail server outlook.com run.
I try to connect openssl with tls1 argument ( openssl s_client -connect pop-mail.outlook.com:995 -tls1) the mail server connect without problems.
There is any option or other to implement tls 1.2 like Mozilla or openssl or force the connection to tls 1 ?
