I know it is possible to specify a personnal content type to the text MIME part of the message with BodyFormatEx.

But How to keep the main HTML part to content-type "text/html" and to specify the altBody part with a specific content-type :
"Content-Type: "text/calendar; charset=UTF-8; method=REQUEST"
