Hello! I use EASendMail SMPT and have come into an issue which results in many emails sitting in the queue and not being sent. The error I am seeing in the Service Journal's Traffic Limit Status is:
Out of domain connection limit, suspend temporarily
Within Delivery Control's Connection Limit configuration, I do have the following:
*.10
I do not have a configuration within Delivery Control's Traffic Throttling configuration.
From the emails that are causing the error and remaining on the queue not being sent, I do see that they are all of the same email domain. This results in thousands of emails to the same email domain not being sent.
I had waited 48 hours after the errors occurred to find that still none of the problematic emails had been sent, they still remained on the queue with the constant stream of the errors showing under the Service Journal's Traffic Limit Status.
Can anyone offer advice in regards to:

Why am I seeing this error?
Why does it appear the emails are stopped and not being resent?
