Not sure where to look on this one - the data all looks correct and Outlook can connect but when I try it fails...
Using ANPOP version of 7.0.1.6

server: mail.comcast.net
PORT 995
SPA and SSL are on

here is the log file....

Start to connecting mail.comcast.net 995 ...
Connected
[SSL]start to initialize security library
[SSL]start to create client credentials
[SSL]start to enable direct SSL
[SSL]client handshake
[SSL]verify server certificate
[SSL]SSL channel established
+OK POP3 ready
[SSL]AUTH
-ERR invalid command

Hi, That is because your server doesn't support SPA authentication.
You should use SSL + User authentication.

You just need to remove
oPop3.NTLMAuth = 1 in your code.

Connected
[SSL]start to initialize security library
[SSL]start to create client credentials
[SSL]start to enable direct SSL
[SSL]client handshake
[SSL]verify server certificate

+OK POP3 ready
[SSL]USER soldbygeorge
+OK
[SSL]PASS ******
-ERR invalid username/password
[SSL]QUIT
[SSL]Error 0x00090317 returned by DecryptMessage, Data size 23

Error "invalid user/password" was returned by server.
Is there any special characters in the password such as " (double-quote) or space?
