I have built a small application that downloads email to disk from a source mailbox and delivers it to an alternate mailbox (typically an Exchange mailbox, ala MSFTs old POP3 component on SBS).

In some rare instances, the attachment is not getting downloaded even though you can see it in the source mailbox.

Wondering if anyone else has seen this type of issue and how you solved it?
