Administrator can check the journal of EASendMail Service from "EASendMail Service Manager" -> "Journal".
Message Drop
The messages were received by EASendMail service from Component .
Message Queued
The message have been prepared (replace variables and query database) by EASendMail service and is ready to be delivered to remote host.
Message Sent
The messages were delivered to remote host successfully.
Relay Error
The messages were failed to deliver to the remote host.
System Error
Database error or other system error.
Detect Error Code
In Relay Error, there are several types of error. For SERVER_ERROR, the error code is returned by SMTP server, administrator can refer to the description. For other error code, please use Error Lookup tool in Vistual Studio to get more detail.
