The VAT is not included in the price. VAT charge is applied to a purchase depends on the location of the buyer; if the buyer is from a country where VAT applies, a VAT charge will be applied to the transaction.
Tax Exemption Certificate
If you have a Sales Tax exemption certificate, Paddle can issue a tax refund only after the order has been paid. To do so, the customer will have to send the tax exemption documentation to our buyer support team via assist@paddle.com. Our buyer support team will then review the documentation and issue the tax refund accordingly if the documentation is valid.

Software Upgrade and Support
Each successful license includes 12 months free support and upgrade. After free upgrade/support period is expired, purchased version still works perpetually, but the license will no longer work with the new version. Annual upgrade and support can be purchased by discounted price. If you want to subscribe one-year software update/support, please contact sales@emailarchitect.net.
