To upgrade EmailArchitect Email Server you require a single installation file named "EAsetup.exe". You must download the latest version of the installation file for the upgrade. This file can be downloaded at our website:

Double click this file to run the setup program. If the installer detect an elder version on the machine, the upgrade will be running automatically, otherwise a new installation will be executing.
Caution: Before you upgrade your server, please make sure your license code is in free upgrade period, if your license code is out of free upgrade period, the new version doesn't work with expired license code.
EmailArchitect Server 10.0 Upgrade
If you are the first time to upgrade from older version to EmailArchitect Server 10.0 or later version, please delete "EmailArchitect Installation Path\conf\_avs_trusteddomain.txt" before you run the upgrade.
Uninstall
Start menu -> All Programs -> EmailArchitect Server -> Uninstall. The uninstaller will clean all stuff about EmailArchitect Email Server from the server.
Caution: Once EmailArchitect Email Server is un-installed, all configuration files and user files can't be restored.
