MailClient.OnIdle Event


Occurs when the client is connecting server or waiting response from mail server.

Event Data

sender
The source (MailClient instance) of the event.
cancel
Gets or sets a value indicating whether the task should be canceled.

Remarks

If cancel parameter is set to true in the event, the client terminates the connection immediately and a ERROR_CANCELLED exception will be thrown.
For windows application, the developer can use Application.DoEvents in OnIdle event to process message-loop.
