Connect to POP3 (APOP command) & IMAP4( AUTHENTICATE CRAM-MD5) server with password encoding.

Parameters
Server
POP3 & IMAP4 Server address. Alternately, the string can be the IP address of the site in ASCII dotted-decimal format.
User
User name to log on POP3 & IMAP4 server.
Password
Password to log on POP3 & IMAP4 server.
Return Value
If this method succeeds, the return value is zero. If it fails, the return value is non-zero.
Remarks
This method is an advanced version of Connect Method which provides higher level of security by encoding the password at connection stage. It's not necessary for POP3 or IMAP4 RFC, but most email servers support this method.
