EAS runs on Windows2000/ XP Professional/ 2003 or later platform. For Windows 2000 user, make sure you have High Encryption Pack (128-bit) installed.

During installation this error may occur: "Optional Networking Components" An error occurred which prevented the Connection ManagerComponents componentfrom being installed or removed. The error was 0x80070006.

You can simply ignore this error and continue the installation. If EAS web access can't work properly after installation, please contact support@emailarchitect.net for further assistance.

EAS requires Internet Information Services (IIS) to be installed and enabled. If no IIS component is detected in your operation system, you will be prompted to Insert a Windows installation disk into your CD-Rom drive to install IIS component. If you choose cancel, this error occur.

If this error occur without prompted to Insert a Windows installation disk, you can solve it in this way:
Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs->Windows Component, and have the "Internet Information Services(IIS)" checked, Click "Next", after that, run EAS installer again.

hotmail.com and some smtp servers use DNS-Reverse to check if the email is sent from a valid domain name. If the domain name hosted on your server is invalid or the setting is incorrect, hotmail.com will delete the email automatically.
