EmailArchitect server supports most popular email clients. The following sections provide the information for operations in most popular email clients

Select menu "Tools"->"Accounts"->"Add Mail"
Input friendly display name.
Input your email address (user@domain).
Select POP3 or IMAP4 server as incoming server type and input server name or IP address for both incoming and outgoing servers.
Input your email address (user@domain) as the account name and input password.
After adding this account, select this account and click "Properties"->"Servers". Tick "my server requires authentication" and click "Ok".
Optional: If you want to enable SSL connection, select this account and click "Properties"->"Advanced". Tick "this server requires a secure connection (SSL)" for both incoming and outgoing servers.
Input friendly display name.

Select menu "Edit"->"Mail & Newsgroups Account Setting"->"Add Account"
Choose Mail Account and input friendly display name and email address(user@domain).
Choose POP3 or IMAP4 as the incoming server type and input server name or IP address.
Input your email address (user@domain) as User Name.
Input your email address (user@domain) as User Account.
After adding this account, select this account and click Outgoing server (SMTP). Tick "User and Password" and input your email address (user@domain) as the user name.
Optional: If you want to enable SSL connection, select this account and click Outgoing server (SMTP). Choose "Always" Use secure connection (SSL). Besides, you need to click "Server Settings" and Tick "Use secure connection (SSL)" in Server Settings.
